About Dr. Harshali Murudkar
Dr. Harshali Murudkar is a seasoned Human Resource professional, academician, trainer, and consultant with over 25 years of diverse experience across industry, education, and research. She has held leadership HR roles in reputed organizations such as Thermax and Kirloskar Oil Engines, bringing deep expertise in industrial relations, employee engagement, HR systems, and organizational development
.With 16+ years in academia, she has taught over 16,000 MBA students at renowned institutes including PUMBA and Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies. Her key areas include HR Analytics, Organizational Behaviour, Competency Mapping, and Training & Development.
Dr. Murudkar is also an award-winning mentor, author of the Amazon bestselling book Open Schooler to Life Topper, and founder of GEN Y Academy & Life Skills School. She is passionate about empowering individuals, driving HR innovation, and creating meaningful impact through education and consulting.
About Trupti Gowariker
With a strong academic background in Psychology and Sociology, Trupti Gowariker brings over 20 years of experience from her family business, providing valuable insights into entrepreneurship and organizational management. Passionate about education and mentoring, she is dedicated to helping students explore flexible learning opportunities through the National Institute of Open Schooling (NIOS), guiding them toward successful completion of their Secondary and Senior Secondary education.
As a Business Studies subject expert and author of a student-friendly reference book for Std. 10, she simplifies learning through both online and offline teaching. Trupti also specializes in Personality Development and Life Skills training, empowering students with confidence, resilience, and practical skills for personal and professional success.
As Co-founder of Ankuram Group of Institutes, she works to bridge the gap between traditional education and skill-based learning, helping students from diverse backgrounds discover their potential. An active Rotarian, she remains committed to community service and youth empowerment, using education as a catalyst for positive social change.
